#1: The Challenge

To support KFC’s national loyalty expansion, we deployed a secure, cost-efficient authentication layer designed for high-volume acquisition.

 We centralized OTP validation within a controlled infrastructure, ensuring low-latency delivery and strict GDPR compliance for all data residency. 

By integrating directly with the backend, we manage massive campaign peaks through an independent and scalable architecture. 

This approach optimizes messaging costs while providing the enterprise-grade reliability and security necessary for large-scale digital marketing operations.

#2: The Solution

We deployed a dedicated OTP authentication infrastructure built on a multi-region European cloud architecture, featuring a RESTful API for seamless generation and verification. 

Our solution includes an orchestration layer for SMS and WhatsApp with intelligent fallback logic and configurable resend policies. To ensure enterprise-grade security, we implemented AES-256 encryption and multi-datacentre redundancy, maintaining strict EU-only data residency. 

The system integrates directly with the client’s backend, providing real-time monitoring and full authentication control without altering the end-user experience.

#3: Building the foundation for tomorrow’s technology

We deployed a triple-redundancy infrastructure across Madrid and Paris, utilizing ten active data centres and encrypted NetApp storage to guarantee a 99.9% SLA. This multi-region architecture ensures elastic scalability during campaign spikes, delivering sub-second response times and significant cost optimization compared to traditional messaging stacks.

Security is embedded at the core through AES-256 encryption, TLS in transit, and strict GDPR compliance via Art. 28 DPA and ROPA documentation. 

By integrating 24/7 operational support and external penetration testing, we provide a robust, cyber-insured framework ready to support our European expansion.
